Using the service

Website Health Monitor scans websites you provide a URL for and returns a report covering performance, accessibility, SEO, and best-practices scoring, plus an AI-generated summary and suggestions. You may run one scan without an account. Saving a report, viewing report history, and enabling weekly monitoring require a signed-in account.

You are responsible for only scanning websites you are authorized to scan, and for not using the service to overwhelm, probe, or attack a third party's infrastructure.

Accounts

Accounts use email-based, passwordless sign-in (a “magic link”). You are responsible for keeping access to the email address on your account, since it is the only way to sign in. Organization accounts may invite additional members, up to the per-organization member limit shown in the product.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 15 scans per month at no cost. The Pro plan is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually, that includes 100 scans per month and weekly automated monitoring, billed and managed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

You can cancel or manage your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your account. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law. We do not currently offer a prorated refund for partial billing periods.

Report accuracy

Scores and suggestions come from third-party measurement tools (Google PageSpeed Insights) and an AI model, and are provided for informational purposes. They can vary between runs and are not a guarantee of a website's actual performance, accessibility compliance, or search ranking. You are responsible for verifying any change you make based on a report.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to scan sites you don't have permission to scan, attempt to circumvent scan limits or rate limits, resell access without a separate agreement, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, including abuse of scan limits or rate limits.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Website Health Monitor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its reports.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
